The M. bovis Spoligotype Database will give authoritative names to spoligotype patterns.

The database can:
Provide authoritative names for spoligotype patterns.
List patterns associated with publications.

The VNTR/MIRU Database

In collaboration with Philip Supply, Institut de Biologie de Lille, this website will host an authoritative database of VNTR/MIRU patterns. This database is still in the planning stages.
