Strains included in the database

Patterns will be recorded from all MTBC strains from animal origin and those isolates from human beings related to zoonotic cases. It comprises all mycobacteria species included in the M. tuberculosis complex (M. bovis, M. caprae, M. pinnipedii, M. microti, M. orygis, M. mungi, M. tuberculosis, M. africanum, and M. canetti).
