Strains included in the database

Patterns will be recorded from all MTBC strains from animal origin. It comprises all mycobacteria species included in the M. tuberculosis complex (M. bovis, M. caprae, M. pinnipedii, M. microti, M. tuberculosis, M. africanum, and M. canetti).
